We will exchange the size or style if it is within 7 days of your delivery date. All returned items must have tags and liners (if applicable), in place. Due to health regulations, garments that are soiled, worn, damaged, smell, or laundered, will not be accepted for return. In order to exchange a garment you must first email us to be assigned an authorisation for the return of the item. If size or style is not available, a store credit will be issued. No refunds will be given for change of mind. Any expenses incurred when exchanging goods are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed. In the unlikely event you should receive a faulty garment, Lamb & Lamb reserves the right to repair or replace the item at their discretion.
